Who provides the service

Accounts and workspace access
Use an account you are authorized to access. Workspace owners are responsible for the team access they grant. Do not access another person’s or organization’s workspace without permission.
Your content
Your organization’s records remain its content. Only upload or enter information you are authorized to use with the service. BookTabs processes that content to provide the requested workspace functions.
AI and professional decisions
Review drafts, extracted facts, and other generated results before relying on them or sharing them. AI output can be incorrect. The default messaging workflow is to review, copy, and send messages yourself.
BookTabs is not an agency management system replacement, rating engine, insurer, or insurance agency. Its AI does not quote, bind, or confirm coverage. BookTabs does not collect client premiums or provide trust accounting.
External connections are available only where actually enabled and authorized. A listed provider or planned integration does not establish that a connection is active.
Subscriptions and trials
Your checkout shows the selected plan, recurring price, included people and usage, trial eligibility, and payment terms before you confirm. An eligible first subscription has a 14-day free trial with a card required. The selected monthly subscription bills after the trial unless you cancel beforehand.
For a rate described as locked while subscribed, the accepted rate stays locked while that subscription remains continuously active. It ends when the subscription ends or you change away from that plan. Included monthly usage and any optional additional purchases are shown separately; there are no automatic overage charges.
Cancel through Plan & billing. Review the confirmed cancellation and access-end information there. Account access and record exports remain available after subscription access ends.
